E aqui estamos n�s, eu e o Heitor Louren�o, meu companheiro nesta aventura no MUNDIAL. J� vos disse que a pe�a � de loucos? O original passa-se numa aldeiazinha da Irlanda rural, onde uma equipa de cinema Inglesa �ocupa� essa vilazinha alterando radicalmente a vivencia das pessoas que la moram. Numa vila onde pouco trabalho h� e pouco h� que fazer e pouco se ganha, fazer figura��o num filme de uma grande produtora � um luxo. Esta � a hist�ria ent�o de dois desses figurantes e de todas as outras personagens intervenientes nesta situa��o. A adapta��o portuguesa est� muito bem feita, a meu ver. Em vez da Irlanda rural, a Marta Mendon�a, responsavel pela adapta��o deve ter-se lembrado de uma situa��o semelhante que aconteceu neste pa�s h� uns anos com as filmagens no meio do Alentejo do filme � A Casa dos Esp�ritos � e assim, adaptou-se a irlanda rural e os seus problemas aos semelhantes problemas vividos no Alentejo profundo. E em vez de uma equipa de filmagens Inglesa, temos uma equipa de filmagens brasileira, com estrelas da Globo e tudo! Agora imaginem viajarem at� ao Alentejo profundo, a esta situa��o a estes personagens todos, guiados pelas humildes m�os de apenas dois actores? Esperamos por voc�s a partir de 12 de Julho no antigo cinema, agora teatro MUNDIAL em Lisboa!

And here we are, me and Heitor Lourenço, my mate at this adventure at the MUNDIAL. Have i already told you this is a madmen play? The orifginal is set at a little village in rural Ireland, wich a british film crew «occupies» changing radically the way people live there. In a little village were there's not that much work or things to do or money, to be an extra in a big production companie movie is a luxury. This is the story of two of these extras and all the other characters that play a role in this plot. The portuguese adaptation is very well done, as i see it. Instead of rural Ireland, Marta Mendonça, responsible for the adaptation, must have remenbered a similar situation that ocurred here in Portugal a couple of years ago, with the shooting of the movie « The House of the Spirits » in a small village in the middle of the Alentejo here in Portugal. And so, transformed the rural Ireland and its problems to the similar ones lived in the deep Alentejo. And instead of a british film crew, we have a brasilian film crew, with Globo ( the major soap opera production company in Brasil ) Stars and all!Now imagine travelling to the deep Alentejo, to this plot and to all this character, guided only by the humble hands of just two actors? We are waiting for you from the 12th of July on at the MUNDIAL THEATRE in Lisbon!
